1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Fyntbox Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Fyntbox Studio provides digital product design, web development, branding, and marketing services. The scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials produced during the course of a project remain the intellectual property of Fyntbox Studio until full payment has been received, at which point ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

4. Payments

Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project proposal. Fyntbox Studio reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fyntbox Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
