1. Fyntbox Service

Fyntbox provides AI-powered marketing tools including:

• Marketing planning & strategy generation
• Content generation & writing workflows
• Creative generation, banners, and carousels
• Video creation and short-form video editing (FyntClips)
• Brand asset and brand guidelines management
• Social media scheduling and automated publishing
• Review and approval workflows
• Marketing asset storage and Library management
• AI assistants and agents

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining account security and protecting login credentials
• All activities performed through your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Workspaces

Fyntbox allows users to create workspaces. Workspace administrators control members, permissions, content, brand assets, social integrations, approvals, and publishing capabilities. You are responsible for ensuring workspace members hold appropriate access permissions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload or create using Fyntbox, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use your content.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, unintended similarities, or inappropriate recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, advertising, commercial use, legal use, or client delivery.

Fyntbox does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for every commercial or legal purpose.

6. Social Media Publishing

If you connect a social media account, you authorize Fyntbox to perform actions allowed by the permissions you grant. You are responsible for content scheduled, publishing destinations, times, copyright, advertising regulations, and compliance with platform terms.

Fyntbox cannot guarantee uninterrupted publishing because third-party platforms may experience outages, API changes, rate limits, policy updates, or account restrictions.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Fyntbox to:

• Violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or conduct deceptive marketing
• Harass, abuse, or defame others
• Attempt unauthorized access or abuse platform APIs
• Circumvent social media platform restrictions or rate limits

8. Third-Party Services

Fyntbox integrates with third-party services and AI providers. Your use of those services remains governed by their respective terms and policies. Fyntbox is not responsible for changes, outages, or enforcement actions taken by third-party services.

9. Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to routine maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, third-party API changes, or force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

Fyntbox's software, branding, interface designs, logos, documentation, and proprietary algorithms remain the property of Fyntbox or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fyntbox intellectual property to users.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using Fyntbox or delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer

Fyntbox is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated recommendations should not be treated as professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fyntbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fyntbox after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
